How to raise Query on Income Tax Portal

You can follow these steps: to raise Query on Income Tax Portal

1. Login to the Income Tax e-Filing Portal
   – Visit https://www.incometax.gov.in
   – Login using your PAN/Aadhaar, password, and captcha
2. Navigate to the ‘e-Nivaran’ Section
   – On the dashboard, go to ‘e-Nivaran’ for grievances
   – Select *‘Submit Grievance
3. Select the Relevant Category
   – Under grievance type, choose *‘Refund Related Issues
   – Specify ‘Refund Reissue Request Not Proceeding’ as the reason
4. Submit the Query
   – Once filled in, submit the grievance
